Welding Type

Displays the welding type of the connected welding machine.

(S/W V2.8 supports analog interface MIG/MAG/CO2 welding machines.)

Analog Output Signal

- Port No. : This selects the analog output channel and mode (current output or voltage output) of the controller.

- Value for Min. : Minimum output of the welding machine.

- Min. Out: Minimum analog output of the controller corresponding to the minimum output of the welding machine

- Value for Max. : Maximum output of the welding machine.

- Max. Out: Maximum analog output of the controller corresponding to the maximum output of the welding machine

Analog Input Signal

In order to monitor the voltage/current measurements during welding, it is necessary to connect an analog output welding machine or a separate sensor. Enter the analog input channel number, input mode and conversion relation with the sensor input of the corresponding controller.

- Port No. : This selects the analog input channel and mode (current input or voltage input) of the controller.

- Value for Min. : Minimum input of the sensor

- Min. In: Minimum analog input of the controller corresponding to the minimum input of the sensor

- Value for Max. : Maximum input of the sensor

- Max. In: Maximum analog input of the controller corresponding to the maximum input of the sensor

Digital Output Signal

This sets the digital output and Blow out Torch channels corresponding to the welding output signal (ARC), gas output signal (GAS), forward wire feed signal (feed (inching-forward)) and backward wire feed signal (feed (inching-backward)) which are connected to the welding machine using digital contacts. The welding output signal (ARC) must be set, but other signals are optional, depending on whether the welding machine supports the corresponding function.
