The welding condition settings can be set using the preset EtherNet/IP interface settings, including welding mode, signal test, welding condition and welding option. Existing welding conditions can be used or new welding conditions can be added based on the existing welding conditions.
Welding conditions are composed of basic welding conditions and user-created welding conditions.
Basic Welding Condition: Initial welding conditions created by using the items in the Interface Settings. (icon) Perform the welding task with the corresponding condition or duplicate and modify the task using a different name. Deletion is not possible. In the case of an EtherNet/IP interface welding machine, one basic welding condition is provided.
User-Created Welding Condition: User created welding conditions set using the items in the Interface Settings. Editing, duplicating and deletion are possible.
To access the Welding Condition Settings screen, enter the Digital Welding Condition Workcell Item screen. The settings popup can be opened by adding new items (Add New Welding Condition button) or viewing welding condition (button).
The Add New function will load values identical to the basic welding conditions, so modify existing settings and save them under a different name.
Add New Welding Condition: Press the Add New Welding Condition button on the bottom of the Welding Condition List to open a popup for adding a new condition. The basic values are applied, so modify the necessary values and save the condition.
View Welding Condition: Press the button of the welding condition list to open the popup window. Press the Edit button to enable the input mode to modify values.
